How Do I Use Conversations?

The app allows you to communicate with the Pathlight Resource Manager about a work order via the conversation tool. Please note: This is not an instant messaging system. For urgent questions and updates, please call or email the Resource Manager.

1. In the Work Order “To Do” tab, select “Detail”
2. Select the Message Icon
3. Select the “Item” icon, and choose the work order which you’d like to discuss with the Resource Manager.
4. Tap "Send"
