How Do I use Conversations?

The app allows you to communicate with the Pathlight Resource Manager about a Scope via the conversation tool. Please note: This is not an instant messaging system. For urgent questions and updates, please call or email the Resource Manager.

1. In the Task Board tab, select the Message Icon
2. Select the “Item” icon, and choose the scope item which you’d like to discuss with the Resource Manager.
3. Check the conversation tool for updates from the Resource Manager. (notifications are in progress for this feature)
